Securing your church for the future
Developing a church for worship and the wider community
Holy Trinity Church is one of a number of Christian congregations meeting in the Whitecross area. We are fortunate that our Victorian forbears designed, built and financed a building of the highest quality.
The building today stands as a tribute to its architect, F R Kempson, and provides an interior of simple beauty that often surprises visitors to the church. As trustees of this building we have conducted an Asset Management Plan and a Community Study; these studies have enabled us to create a plan and vision for the future. You can view both of these documents as PDFs.
The building work that has been completed and the plans for the future are designed to improve facilities for the present generation and ensure that the building is in a good state of repair for those who come after us. We are actively encouraging use of the building by the wider community.
I would like to thank everyone who gives regularly and those who have made donations for specific parts of the project. The demands may seem endless but as we have seen from the completion of the first phase of works, the end results are worthwhile and extremely rewarding. My Prayer is that God will guide and inspire us as we offer worship and thanksgiving for life.
